Saviynt - EIC Upgrade - PMO Service

1/ Context :
AXA is currently upgrading their Saviynt version from 5.5 to EIC. We are looking for a reinforcement of the Project Manager Service

2/ Services :
- Service to support and drive training sessions to the One ID entity project managers to explain LISA deployment kit (steps, approach, deliverables, RACI, etc.)
- Service to support and drive architecture workshops with entity stakeholders (One ID PM, Architects, Security, etc.) service to explain the LISA high-level and low-level architecture
- Service to support weekly meetings with the entities
- Service to support entity in their stakeholder management
- Service to provide updates of the deliverable templates
- Service with revision and validation of deliverables provided by the entities
- Service to support Day to day for entity PM and the global entity deployment coordinator
- Service to support the Management of the repository of the LISA deployment kit (approach and deliverable templates)

3/ Deliverables :
- Service to Gap analysis between target processes and the as-is processes
- Service with reporting progress, track risks and issues related to the LISA deployment
- Service to interface with technical integrators and the product teams during the design and building phase
