Havas Market is Havas' entity dedicated to Ecommerce and Performance which aims to help its clients to build media and no media strategies to generate incremental, tangible and measurable business outcomes. Our proposition includes but is not limited to Retail and performance media as IT consists in 5 main pillars : Consulting, ecommerce operations, Content production and optimization, Retail/Performance media and Sales analytics.

The Global Ecommerce Performance is supporting Havas Market's global team to manage, grow and evolve all aspects of Havas Media's Performance practice across the different countries of the network.

The role will require deep knowledge of Performance (media and non media) and extensive experience on tactics and implementation for performance strategies across touchpoints. S/He will BE supporting Havas Market's Global Managing Director to achieve high growth and development of the network, working on regular missions helping local countries, push best practices and the constant update of our offer and tech stack.

This role reports into Havas Market's Global Managing Director.

Main Responsibilities

Clients/New Business
- Support on Global clients : commercial presentations, workshops and trainings, audits, and recommendations
- Support on Global pitches (multimedia, omnichannel, or Performance only); audits, pitch decks, pitch presentation, SLAs and process review
- Support of local Havas Market teams on local pitches and client recommendations

Offer
- Develop new offers around innovations and performance opportunities
- Identify strategic verticals and push to have strong capabilities in the segment locally
- Operational support to develop data offer for performance KPIs (1st party data, Audience strategies)
- Build Havas Media's Global Tech Stack for Performance, including inhouse tools (e.g. Feed Management tools, AI based SEM and SEO tools)

Network and Comms
- Monitoring of local Business Activity
- Assure financial reporting is accurate
- Build global Performance methodologies through playbooks and monitor effective implementation in countries
- Challenge local business pipelines
- Onboarding of new markets around offer, identity, tech stack, strategic approach
- Work with the team on Audits and action plan for country openings
- Manage Global Performance Partners (e.g... Search engines, Affiliate platforms, Social platforms)
- Global Coms : Help with Website updates, LinkedIn animation, PR management

Education & Languages
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Communications
- 7+ years experience in Performance
- A strong level of English

Key Competencies
- Extensive understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact performance KPIs (leads, sales, ROAS)
- 10 years Experience in Performance and Proven Track record as a Performance Leader in Big 6 or pure player performance agencies
- Extensive expertise in Performance levers : Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate and Social in priority
- Experience in managing International projects with stakeholders distributed across various countries and regions
- Experience in international Performance New Business pitches, crafting and presenting Global Performance strategies in front of prospects
- Ability to measure ¨Performance campaign success, including determining key metrics, including all Performance assets (media and non media...), processes for measurement and optimization
- Working in a start-up or early-stage environment where you had to define best practice is a plus
- Data Driven : Ability to compile and analyse online sales data and metrics, provide actionable insights and make decisions regarding direction based on your analysis
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge and expertise in industry related matters and ability to service and communicate with a wide range of clients and retail partners
- Solid understanding and insatiable interest of consumer trends in e-Commerce/Retail
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner
