Your Mission :
As a Senior Product Manager for the Admin part of the product, you will lead the vision and execution of several key components aiming at reducing administrative burden. You'll drive the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure impactful & smooth features delivery. Your role will BE central to improving patient outcomes and driving business success in partnership with other departments.
The Mission & the scope
Reduce administrative time :
- Support the billing teams in hospitals with a dynamic billing engine
- Support remote monitoring team with efficient key features such as reports or patient enrollment
- Improve collaboration within hospital teams & between medical centers altogether
- Make sure Implicity application stays at the state of the art in terms of certifications (ANS notably)
- Support our internal teams to alleviate users of some tasks (internal product)
What You Will Do :
- Vision & Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for your scope, working with our engineering team & other squads.
- Roadmap & Execution : Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on impact and technical & design feasibility, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with developers, designers, clinicians, and business stakeholders (Sales and CS) to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
- User-Centric Development : Engage with users to understand their needs, translate insights into actionable specifications, and refine the product continuously.
- Performance Management : Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Vision, Strategy & Roadmap :
* Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the admin scope, informed by qualitative and quantitative research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Align the product roadmap with company objectives, ensuring stakeholders buy-in and transparency.
- Delivery :
* Drive the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with a product designer, lead developer, business owner, and data analysts.
* Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) to clearly identify & communicate problems, solution, priorities, current status, and target impacts on KPIs.
* Lead the research, ideation, and specification writing process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Manage product releases, ensure proper documentation, and align communication with business & tech teams.
* Monitor and communicate the impact of product initiatives, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
