Key Account Manager - Fine Fragrance - Paris - Your future position?

As a KAM, you will play an important role in the development of Global Fine Fragrance. Reporting directly to a Global Business Director, you will build and monitor a strategic plan for ambitious growth on a 5 years basis. You will increase our ability to win projects by putting in place the relevant development strategy in collaboration with the evaluation and perfumery teams. You will also manage the testing plans and animate the right level of focus internally. Alternatively, you will build an intimate and sustainable partnership with this very demanding client, through regular meetings and prospective creative sessions.

Reporting to our WAM, you will :
- Manage some the of development projects
- Manage a part of a very strategic proactive collection
- Manage a specific pole of brands at this clients
- Functional management of a sales coordinator

Your goal is to Increase win rate overall by :
- Strengthening our credibility, and our relationship with this client
- Contributing to better learn from consumer tests and increase our best testers track record
- Ensuring a flow of new ideas and creativity moments towards the client
- Leveraging the strategy on naturals to lock fragrances in the collection.

Your professional profile includes :
- 10 -12 years' experience in the industry
- Expertise in product development (evaluation or marketing) and high knowledge of fine fragrance market
- Experience in account management
- Strong ability to drive teams and BE aspirational
- Ability to convince
- Fluency in French and English.
