To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a :
SAP Release Manager (M/F)
The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)
The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.
The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.
The Release Manager role is proposed to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, BE in charge of the global release management for the whole GET Program.
This role will BE N-3 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
- Accountable for the GET Release management (Core Model, RollOut & RUN) :
- Schedule releases & associate delivery
- Define day-to-day environment usage
- Drumbeat release lifecycle
- Organize Change Authority board
- Ensure consistency across all cutover plans (Core-Model, RollOut & RUN)
- Prepares and delivers release communications
- Confirms release readiness for deployment
- Monitor execution of cutover plans
- Ensure the right balance between environment securization (esp. PROD) & project/RUN requests
- Contribute to activities led by the Technical release manager
- Landscape management (SAP environments usage, client strategy...)
- Transport management for core SAP components (Solman/ChaRM configuration & usage, monitoring execution of Transport Requests...)
- Refresh management
- Contribute to Income Management - Define & monitor adequate documents & checklist
- Work with the ENGIE & SAP teams to leverage the supporting tools
Position requirements
- Significant experience in Service Delivery Management of a SAP application or in SAP Project management
- Good knowledge of SAP release management (SAP SolMan, Charm & Cloud ALM functionalities, transport management...)
- Understanding the management of a composite SAP landscape (S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, Satellites).
- Experiencing the overall activities part of SAP landscape functional lifecycle maintenance
- Fluent English (oral/written)
- Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
- Experience of working in project management mode
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
- Team spirit
