Expérience de 5 ans nécessaires en aéronautique
Langues : Anglais avancé/négociable + Francais avancé
L'entretien aura lieu en Anglais + Francais
Compétences prioritaires obligatoires à avoir : Gestion de configuration d'avion, d'acheminer des pièces d'avion, modifications de version industrielle suite aux Requests client, gestion des projets industriels, connaissance de ME, FAL, processus industriel,, de procurement
Gestion/analyse des données, reporting.
Outil : aircraft configuration & industrial systems (ICC, ACC2, ACP), Google Suite, sheet, skywise.
Avoir des Connaissances/expérience de travail avec des partenaires comme Safran, Thales, Liebherr est à plus
For the A320 Family Programme configuration management, within the Fleet Industrial Integration Team, we are looking for a Fleet Industrial Integration Manager (M/F).
You will BE responsible to ensure that the Customization Configuration industrial integration perimeter is in accordance with Customer definition as per process/quality/lead time and cost.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include the following activities :
Perform the Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory Customer Options requests.
Identify any Industrial risks/constraints and monitor Deliverables vs Programme Planning, bridging with Production, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Plants, FAL.
Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation and ensure appropriate monitoring of any industrial risks/constraints.
Support Project & Chief Engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis and ensure Programme robustness in fleet integration.
Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead in continuous improvement of general Industrial processes and tool projects as well as simplify the customization process to support Rate Increase.
Support Digitalization and associated Lean opportunities.
Engineering degree or equivalent with profound knowledge in aircraft design, configuration management, in production (Plants / FAL), manufacturing engineering and procurement
Good knowledge in aircraft IT configuration & industrial systems (ICC, ACC2, ACP,.) and Google Suite.
