Network Observability Engineer - Ingénieur Réseau - Confirmé H/F - Blueteams technology Marseille - 13

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in network evolution and transformation projects.
- Provide Level 3 support on network and performance incidents and user support.
- Manage network performance solutions, configurations, and dashboards, and analyze and troubleshoot network
performance issues.
- Conduct configuration audits and manage continuous improvement plans.
- Document and share knowledge and best practices within the Global Network Team and other teams.
MISSIONS/ACTIVITIES
- Deploy and integrate observability tools, including Thousand Eyes and Grafana dashboards.
- Ensure the use of Thousand Eyes follows best practices globally and that associated tests are relevant
and adequate.
- Assist in creating dashboards in Thousand Eyes, Grafana, and/or Elastic.
- Work on integrating Thousand Eyes with tools like ServiceNow or PagerDuty.
- Assist in Python development for integrating new equipment into Icinga/Grafana monitoring.
- Design, plan, evaluate, and integrate network engineering, network DEVOPS, network programmability, and
network testing of vendor solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy network configuration scripts to manage network devices through Infrastructure as
Code (IaC).
- Automate processes for collecting, normalizing, and analyzing network log telemetry data, as well as
provisioning, configuration, deployment, and administration of secure enterprise network resources on-premises
and in the cloud using AWS.

Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, you have more than 5 years of experience in IT Production in particular in Network
and telecom domains. Network technical skills are required.
A good understanding of all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud
will BE appreciated
