Team :

You will join the HR team of Click&Boat, a business unit managed by Tiphaine, VP HR, and composed of 5 people based in Paris and Barcelona.

As part of your missions, you will report directly the HR Officer. You will work closely with her and with your HR colleagues.

Tasks :

In the frame of Click&Boat seasonality, we are looking for an intern to support us to manage the 2025 on-boarding campaign.

With the guidance of your manager, you will have the opportunity to handle the following tasks :

1) HR & Onboarding (80%)

You will participate in the on-boarding of the candidates recruited, being their point of contact and making sure everything is ready for their arrival.
- Creation of employee accounts in our internal HR software.
- Administrative follow-up (internship agreements, internship certificates)
- Welcome and integrate new employees, with Welcome Pack delivery.

2) Projects (20%)

Depending on the needs, you'll BE expected to BE proactive to share new ideas and help the HR team on different matters such as office management or events.

Duration : 6 months

- You are looking for an internship in HR to complete your Bachelor, gap year or Master's degree.
- You are fluent in English and French. Speaking Spanish is a plus !
- You have excellent writing skills in English and in French;
- You are organized and know how to prioritize your tasks;
- You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
