MISSIONS

REPORTING
- The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer of CMA CGM Guadeloupe.

DOMAINE D'ACTION
- IT enters and allocates all accounting operations in the Sage Ligne 1000 software.
- He draws up monthly reconciliation statements and manages exchanges with banks.
- He analyses the entries, draws up intra-group declarations and informs his line manager of the anomalies noted.
- He ensures the recording of all accounting operations for the month, establishes estimates of expenses and income
- IT enters the asset records into the software
- He ensures cash management by establishing cash flow forecasts, monitoring cash positions, monitoring receipts and disbursements and monitoring achievements.
- He/she collects the data necessary for management control from the various departments, extracts additional information from the accounts with a view to producing dashboards.
- He participates in and feeds into cash flow requests.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Bac +2 Accounting minimum.
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience.
- Operational mastery of the rules and techniques of general accounting.
- Mastery of computer and office tools.
- English preferred.
