VISUAL MERCHANDISER MANAGER

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate visual marketing efforts for fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
- Design window displays and display shelves for seasonal clothing lines, commercial garments, and accessory collections.
- Create original presentation designs and/or redesigns on existing presentations to attract the target market.
- Supervise the implementation of visual designs in stores, ensuring that established guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns and sales objectives.

Previous experience and training :
- Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in similar Visual Merchandising roles in the fashion sector.
- University education in Fashion Design, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related areas.
- Experience in coordinating teams and visual marketing projects.
- Advanced knowledge in designing window displays and display shelves for seasonal clothing lines and accessory collections.
- Experience in creating and redesigning visual presentations to attract the target market.

Objective 1 : Increase product sales through visual marketing.
Metrics : Percentage increase in sales of featured products. Number of products sold per window/display shelf. Conversion rate of visitors to buyers in areas with visual displays.

Objective 2 : Improve the attraction and retention of customers in the store.
Metrics : Average customer stay time in the store. Number of recurring customers. Customer satisfaction index regarding visual presentation.

Objective 3 : Optimize efficiency in the implementation of window and shelf designs.
Metrics : Average installation time of new designs. Number of redesigns carried out within the established timeframe. Average cost per window/display shelf design.
