Responsable Etudes H/F - Colas Rail Courbevoie - 92

Mission

Supervises the completion of responses to calls for tenders within his/her scope and monitors customer relations. Guarantees the quality of the studies and the conformity of the response files to calls for tenders.

Main Responsibilities
- Monitors current and future projects
- Participates in the targeting and selection of calls for tenders with the Operational Unit Manager
- Schedules studies according to the establishment's priorities
- Coordinates the successful execution of the studies with the employees concerned
- Directs the technical and financial optimizations of the project, the offer strategy and the risks and opportunities
- Validates and ensures the editorial quality of the technical files with the competent departments of the territory
- Controls the monitoring of the file until signing of the contract : technical and financial negotiations, dunning, etc.
- Ensures or supervises the signing of the successful files to the Operations
- Ensures a sales relationship with customers, partners and suppliers
- Promotes relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalise on feedback.
- Manages a Design Office team

Profile
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience
- With a significant experience in the Studies or Operation/Projects sector
