In The Memory - Tech Lead H/F - VusionGroup Paris 2e - 75

As part of VusionGroup, In The Memory was founded by a group of business professionals and data scientists who saw the potential for data to transform the CPG industry, but also recognized the challenges that large and ancient retailers were facing in adopting data-driven practices.

Determined to find a solution, the team set out to build a platform that would make IT easier for retailers and suppliers to access and analyze their data, without having to hire costly consultants.

Integrated in the Engineering Team of In the Memory, you will participate in the building of new features for the web-based SaaS application which is already used by most French retailers.

In collaboration with the CTO, the Head of Engineering and all managers of R&D department, you will participate in the design & development of new features but also mentoring of some of the team's engineers and help them grow their technical skillset.

Qualifications we're looking for :
- At least 5-7 years of experience including 2-3 in a similar role
- Broad understanding of system architecture, with experience in different technical environments
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with deep backend expertise
- Experience with CI/CD, automated tests, PR reviews, containerized stacks, and observability
- Understanding of DEVOPS culture and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with event-driven systems, hexagonal/clean architecture, and DDD

Leadership and Communication
- Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly
- Prior experience in mentoring teammates and fostering their growth
- Ability to adapt to different technical environments and understand the consequences of architectural choices

Technical skills :
- Experience in a cloud provider (ideally Azure)
- Programming languages : We mainly use Ruby, Python and Node, but we consider that if you're proficient with any web language, you'll BE able to work with us.

English mandatory

Package between €70,000 and €80,000 depending on profile.
