Your Missions
- Define Objectives & Drive Results : Partner with business leads to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and create sourcing strategies for digital roles.
- Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience : Ensure smooth communication and advocate for candidates throughout their journey with us. Collaborate with HR to refine and optimize onboarding processes.
- Build & Manage Talent Pipelines : Leverage sourcing tools and innovative techniques to proactively engage top talent. Maintain relationships with candidates for current and future needs.
- Leverage Data to Optimize Recruitment : Use KPIs to evaluate sourcing success and hiring processes. Continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact.
