RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and generate reports including sales and stock data, month end stock movement report to Finance and headquarter
- Follow-up and coordinate shipments, stock allocation and consolidation, transfers, and replenishment
- Assist with pricing update in the system
- Support after-sales and follow up including watch repairing and spare part order
- Handle CRM analysis
- Uphold the image of Hermès Watch business and inspire internal and external clients / stakeholders
- Maintain good image via service, expert handling / presentation, visual merchandising, retail excellence at POS
- Support the control of the complete order lifecycle, from order raising to dispatch and return
- Handle non-merchandise stock management
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of retail / travel retail experience in luxury retail industry
- Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense
- Proactive, eager to success with a can-do attitude
- Team player and at ease within multicultural environment
- Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
- Good command in both English & Chinese
- Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) skills required
