Key Responsibilities :
Services Enablement & Sales Support :
Act as the interface for the Product and Services sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to effectively sell Lenovo's IT services. Also, BE respnsible for organizing and facilitating sales enablement training on Lenovo's service offerings, ensuring teams are fully equipped to meet client needs. Finally, develop and implement incentive programs to drive motivation and performance within the sales teams.
Business Management Systems & Analytics :
Manage and enhance the business management system, ensuring alignment with key business goals and objectives and utilize tools such as Power BI and other data systems to track performance, provide insights, and drive decision-making. Produce regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and progress against targets.
Collaboration & Alignment :
Work closely with Product Enablement Managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on Lenovo's service offerings across the organization and ensure that training materials and sales enablement tools are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with product and service strategies.
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
Develop and manage sales motivation programs, tracking their effectiveness and iterating as needed to optimize results and continuously assess and improve business processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness in service enablement and sales support.
