EDHEC Business School is recruiting an Event, communication & assistant Coordinator H/F

You will BE primarily responsible for the following missions :
- Manage and coordinate events :
- Prepare all events for the programme (master's in finance track)
- Coordinate with the lecturers/adjunct faculty and EDHEC Business School support services
- Liaise with the career centre, especially concerning events organised by this department
- Oversee internal and external communications :
- Content creation and liaison between different teams and the academic community during the production of various communication assets (newsletter, interviews and social media posts)
- Prepare and follow-up internal and external programme management communications, notably via social media
- Implement the graphic identity, in line with EDHEC Business School's graphic charter, and ensure regular updates to the presentation support materials (programme presentations, welcome session presentations...)
- Follow-up the programme partnerships with partners and students
- Coordinate with the student associations
- Assist the director with administrative tasks :
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Handle correspondence and communications

Organize and maintain files and records
