YOUR ROLE

CMA CGM Air Cargo is the air freight subsidiary of CMA CGM. Currently operating 4 cargo planes, the company runs routes between Europe, Asia, and the United States.

CMA CGM Air Cargo has a dedicated IT team that supports the business in the areas of air operations, commercial operations, and finance.

As a "Business Analyst Intern, " you will support several projects in the field of air operations, participating in the phases of requirements gathering, design, implementation, and functional testing.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Analyze business needs and document them
- Define the business rules to BE configured in the software
- Design the interfaces (data exchange flows) between applications, particularly via APIs
- Write test scenarios to validate the solutions before they GO live
- Provide support to developers during the implementation phase

Topics the intern will work on :
- Replacement of the pilot training tracking tool
- Digitalization of the pilot and maintenance logbook
- Redesign project for integrating schedules into the REST of the IS

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of engineering school, specializing in air transport IT systems or from a general engineering school with an option in information systems or computer science
- You have solid cross-functional IT knowledge
- You have a strong interest in the air transport sector
- You are fluent in English (mandatory)
- You have excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
