Reporting to our consulting team, you will work in an IT environment as an IT Business Analyst, taking part in projects in an Agile environment.

Assess requirements :
- Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
- Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management or customers applications.
- Size specification and validation work.

Carry out functional design :
- Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, User guides and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
- Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
- Contribute to innovation and product evolution

Overview validation :
- Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off
- Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.
- Provide inputs for the test strategy and defect investigation in Production in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity.

Manage relations with key stakeholders :
- Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, CISO, Migration and Development teams.
- Interface with the internal or external customer(s) during requirements understanding, functional specification, and implementation phases.
- Propose relevant actions & process for easy adoption of the solutions.

Manage Project (gradual ramp up, depends on experience) :
- Follow up project risks, and report proactively to Management/Stakeholders.
- Provide visibility on the project advancement to the full chain of stakeholders.
- Carry the strategic vision for our solution.

For a typical project, our daily work convers mainly those parts of product lifecycle :
- Liaise with Product Management to help building the Statement of Requirement, and sign IT off
- Liaise with Customers (internal / external) when they are involved (in the early phases and/or at implementation time)
- Provide level 4 support and maintenance on delivered functionalities
