Key Responsibilities

Shape the Product Portfolio
- Own and maintain a best-in-class product portfolio, ensuring differentiation through a compelling value proposition.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in Marketing, Technical, and Regulatory to align product strategies with market trends.

Define and Execute Strategy
- Develop and implement the global category strategy, leveraging deep market knowledge and technical expertise.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive execution, innovation, and success.

Deliver Profitable Growth
- Optimize the end-to-end value chain, ensuring quality, reliability, and profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Controlling to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- BS/MS in Business, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

Skills and Competencies
- Strategic mindset with strong business and commercial acumen.
- Expertise in the ingredients market, preferably within food & beverages or nutraceuticals.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence diverse teams.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and an inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills.
