In order to strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
The responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to :
- Develop and lead the in-life account strategy for a group of named key accounts
- Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value
- Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customers organisation, and matching these with Deepki colleagues where necessary
- Mobilise and co-ordinate in-house resource and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals
- Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of the key accounts : tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction, etc to maximise ARR and retention.
- Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
- Uncover and manage commercial opportunities (installation, subscription, upsales)
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.

- Strong organisational skills, rigorous approach and focused on execution
- Excellent English and French speaking and writing skills
- Genuine interest in environmental transition
